Elevate Doors and Windows LLC has announced to invest more than $16 million to develop a new production and distribution operation facility in Hopkinsville. In addition, the project will create 203 full-time jobs in Kentucky.

100,000 square feet facility

The doors and windows manufacturer company will acquire an existing 100,000-square-foot building. Moreover, the facility will comprise on 22 acres. The company is planning to expand their footprints throughout the southern United States. Furthermore, the company chose Hopkinsville due to factors like strategic distribution location, available workforce and business-friendly environment. The company is expecting to begin production at the new facility as soon as April 2023.

“Elevate, a leading window and door manufacturer of contemporary, energy-efficient vinyl windows and doors for residential new construction and replacement applications, is soon heading to Hopkinsville. In advance of our eastern expansion, we would like to thank the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Christian County, City of Hopkinsville and TVA for all their hard work and support. We would also like to thank the South Western Kentucky Economic Development Council for coordinating all entities to make this new expansion become a reality. 203 new jobs

Elevate Doors and Windows LLC was founded back in 2018 and has emerged as an industry leader. Significantly, the company is expanding their operations across the United States. Hence, they are creating multiple employment opportunities as well. Moreover, the establishment of this facility will create more than 200 jobs. These new jobs include 183 light manufacturing and shipping roles and 20 office positions.

KEDFA’s incentive agreement

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) approved a 15-year incentive agreement under the Kentucky Business Investment program. Moreover, the performance based agreement will provide up to $2.25 million in tax incentives. However, the company has to meet the investment target of $16 million. Alongside, Elevate has to create 203 jobs and pay an average hourly wage of $22 including benefits across those jobs.
