Adecco U.S. has announced its plans to recruit 10,000 seasonal workers during the upcoming holiday season. Moreover, the company’s mobile fleets will travel across the country to meet and attract the top talent and resources.

‘Jobmobiles’ on the move

Adecco is the leading provider of workforce solutions across the globe. They have now announced to fill 10,000 roles during the holiday season between October 18 to November 23. Moreover, the company will dispatch ‘jobmobiles’ across different areas to attract top talent. Their jobmobiles will have all the necessary items to process candidates on the spot. Hence, the strategy will allow Adecco to bring its best-in-class services and resources directly to job seekers. Importantly, Adecco has thousands of seasonal jobs available across various areas. These include jobs in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Furthermore, Adecco career experts will drive through these states to provide job seekers an opportunity to apply for relevant positions.

Demand for warehouse and customer care workers

Significantly, Adecco is seeing high demand for seasonal warehouse and customer care workers. Hence, employees hired for these jobs will receive unique perks and benefits. These include referral and attendance bonuses, flexible shift schedules, pay flexibility, training and career advancement opportunities. In addition, some of these seasonal jobs may also lead to full-time employment for candidates seeking long-term employment. Moreover, Warehouse and customer care associates are two of the most in-demand roles available for job seekers in upcoming holiday season.

“Seasonal hiring is already underway across the nation, and our team is hard at work helping employers gear up for the busiest shopping season of the year and connecting candidates with new opportunities. “This year, we know that many U.S. adults are seeking or have second jobs, in part due to surging inflation. In fact, our recent global report revealed three fifths of non-desk job U.S. workers currently are engaged in more than one occupation. Adecco is in the unique position to match job seekers with in-demand roles that offer unique perks and benefits, whether individuals are looking for secondary income, or simply interested in getting their foot in the door and growing their skills.” Head of Adecco North America Eileen Sweeney said in her statement.
